Why do you advertise
for your competition? Time share owners look
to this site for information. Since we do not
solicit our business or employ sales people our
site can be trusted. We make it a point to expose
as many time share
resale scams as we can. In order for our visitors
to do their homework well we make it easy for
them to compare the other companies out there
and what they offer for their fees.
Why do we charge so much
less? We charge less than the other companies
because our advertising
program does not rely on telemarketers and
commissioned sales people to solicit your business.
These people typically increase the cost of an

Where is my advertisement
featured? We will feature you advertisement

applies. We operate a network

share your advertisement will appear on all of

What do I do when I have
a buyer? Once you have a buyer for your resale
the next step is to determine who will pay the
closing costs associated with transferring the
title. We provide a company in our buyers
section however you are not obligated to use
them. Simply contact our closing company or one
of your choice, provide them with the buyers name
and your information and they handle the rest
through faxes and phone calls. Top

How do I rent Safely?
Renting a time share can be done safely using
a rental escrow company. We provide one in our
renters section although
you are not obligated to use them. Basically they
collect 100% of your rental fee from the renters
before they vacation in your unit. Once their
vacation is complete you are mailed the entire
rental fee. The service costs $100 ($50 for the
renter and $50 for the owners) to be paid once
you have a renter in mind.
When will my time share
sell? This is the million dollar question
and unfortunately there is nobody that can answer
it honestly. Unless they have magical powers,
there is nobody who can tell you when a unit will
sell. We do post several factors in our sellers
section that determine how fast a resale will
sell, but we can not tell you the exact date.

How is your company
